Puddle LEDs

Featured Replies

Thinking of buying these, the price is half of the price on superskodas leds.

The question is, has anyone from here bought and changed to anything like these (not superskodas).

How about when changing these, do you have to take the door trim out and why is there different cables, isn't it just plug&play ?

I have the same fitted from when I switched doorcards with Karl (Korban).

I'd strongly recommend the strip ones over the replacements, as they face downwards therefore more effective.

Yeah, they're brilliant!

I wish Korban lived closer to me though - I'd really like to be able to install some footwell lights, DRLs and coming home lights to mine but whilst I'm not stupid, I'm not THAT technical!

Yip Karl (Korban) is an electrical wizard I'm running his coming home light and brake light kit.

I bought strip LEDs and wired in puddle lights from red light door markers and footwell led strips wired into interior light

Looks good although I say so myself

Any chance you can put some pics up?

Hi Mate, I purchased the superskoda ones, and im pretty sure the ones youve listed are exactly the same. Looks the same box, same cable and the two types of connector on the light itself.

They are damn bright, all my friends moan about them when getting out the car (Y)

One problem I have with mine, (including the superskoda LED dome light) is they flicker every now and again whilst driving along. They also flicker in time with the window wipers.

I have got used to the flickering now, but if that would annoy you ........
