De Cat to standard exhaust...

Hi All,

Getting all the parts together for my Hybrid build, and my tuner recommends a de cat to help the turbo EMP's. I presume to let heat escape better?

I have seen the Piper de cat, which can be mated to the standard rear section of exhaust with the included kit. This is around £220 according to the piper site.

I have seen the Miltek de cats on ebay for £177 delivered, but nothing about fitting to standard exhaust?

Am i right in thinking its identical to the piper, just the piper comes with a simple exhaust reducer which can be bought for £10 off ebay?
