I think I'll have to sell a few more sets of L&K alloys before I can afford to fuel one of them... :p

That's a 924 isn't it? Not a 944

Bingo! This pre-dates the start of the 944 I think? Its originally an X (old) plate so is now 30+ years old.

Looks good

Which mag is it? Is it easily available in shops?

Thought so, I have a B reg 944 on the driveway  although it's more like the flintstones car at the moment (holes in passenger footwell).

924 owners club magazine is only available to subscribers to the 924OC website. £20 per annum.

I had a strange feeling it might be. I didn't think I'd seen 'TwoFour' anywhere.

Would be nice to get it into a proper porker magazine (Do they exist?) but doubt it ever would.

The problem I am now having is I like this car too much to sell on.... I think it could end up being a summer car for me.

Nothing wrong with that. :)

I say keep it. Tidy motor.

If you can afford to keep it, why not. :) You've done a great job getting it from where it was to where it is now.

Well, all the R&R work went on the credit card, so I could do with clearing that off really. But I'll work toward clearing traditionally.

Imhe, the fuel economy isn't too bad, cheap classic car insurance and every time you bury the throttle and hear the V8 on full chat you'll be grinning from ear to ear :D

I always fancied a 924....

I thought the 924 is the one with an Audi 2.0L engine, in it?

2.0 block, but the pistons/head & other bits and bobs is all porsche, not VW.

Heh, nice one Jase, my mate Felix writes this as I'm sure you know hence his car being plastered throughout two four lol :)
