Hi all

Driving this sprinter for the next 4 hours but it sounds terrible, not sure if it has a turbo,cut i have tried to upload a video of the noise it makes. Any thoughts, it is a mechanical whine it is making

Sounds a gearboxy to me, does the whine vary with road speed or engine speed :-S

na it just seemed to be when accelerating in general, after driving it for 5 hours each way my ears were very fed up of it, I don't care about it anymore though, the next trip is in a transit with its own list of problems!!
