Carbuyer video review of the vRS

She normally does fairly good reviews and as usual, like most other car reviewers fell into the old DSG trap of it not being as involving. Sure you can't heel-toe in this but the changes are quicker anyway. As most of us know, once you get used to how it works, it's fantastic. Hit the nail on the head apart from that

All reviews about the vRS tell the exact same story. It is getting kinda boring.

By the way that is probably the most petite test driver I've seen. :giggle:

Whats with the extra Glove compartment on top? i have never seen a vRS with that.

They seldom seem to consider using the stick to change gear.

Well i have one in mine

DOH, thanks, so have i, and it had a half 9 bar in it. wunerbah.

46 mpg

I like how she says that it shares the reliability of Volkswagon Audi group, i forgot thats why i now drive the octavia vrs instead of fabia vrs LOL

Confused!,

Is the Octavia vRS exceeding the reliability of the Volkswagon Audi group & in some VAG Sub section all of its own, or do subby's build them?

george

My fabia was terribly unreliable hence the reason i have had to go to a octavia

We know that.

Is the guy with it still driving it today, or has he got a courtesy car allready?

george

Given the size of the tester, I wonder if that car needed more "sandbag" weights on the rear LHS. :giggle:
