Don't know about a new car delivery but i've had a new dashborad on back order for the last two months! Contacted Skoda customer services some three weeks ago and apparantly it had been released from the factory. Still no joy as of today and all they can tell me is 'its in transit'

I was lucky, it took only nine days to get my silver standard Furby VRS, I was told it would have been even quicker if i had wanted a black one. Perhaps they build more of these, i'm guessing they are the most popular?

I ordered mine on 15th May and was told mid September for delivery !!!

I've now been told that " your car is on the boat and will be delivered in 2 weeks"

Shame I've decided on 1st September !! Aggghhhhhh

From the day i ordered my Fabia, it took 9 weeks before i could pick it up. I liked the idea, that i could monitor it`s progress from the factory to the showroom.

How did you monitor its progress then?

Did you get given a web address and a number. I just keep hassling my dealer. He gettin peed off.

If i went past the dealer i popped in, and on his computer i could see where my car was. First time it was in the Factory. After a few weeks it was on the truck in Europe, and then at the docks and then the showroom.
