Anyone ever been to one?

Just been invited, to Alex Lawrie next week, probably along with another thousand.

Am I REALLY going to be 'blown away' with all the one off special offers they are alledgedly going to be offering, or is it just simply yet another ploy to get you to sign on the line as I suspect?

Not at a Skoda dealership, but once at a Citroen dealership. Offers of demo drives, free wine and nibbles, tours of maint/repair and body shops.

I had tea & cakes at the (dealer) launch of the "new" Fabia so that was a while back......

Having just spent neck end of £18k on a Blackline, I don't think Slacks would expect me to buy again so soon.

Never bothered. I can't see me getting any better a deal than on a Tuesday morning when they're quiet. Feel sorry for the sales guys having to work them though.
