Which Black Interior/Rear View Mirror

Featured Replies

I'm looking at fitting a black interior mirror to my facelift Fabia, I've had a quick search for a relevant topic but struggling to find one.

Hoping someone can help me with a list of direct swops ;-)

Mk4 Golf is where I'd start the search.

polo 9n

I'm confused here - mine's black already.

Mines black too.

I presume the OP's fabia is a different trim level and thus possibly has a beige mirror? The mirror's suck to the screen - not sure if it comes apart so you could swap just the head. If not surely any mirror that sticks on the screen would potentially be a possibility?

The base just rotates though 90o to remove them. There's a stud type thing in the glass, and the mirror body/arm attaches to that. Pretty simple, but I've seen some people crack the screen trying. I've got a Golf IV/Audi A3 one on my Polo, if it helps? (Doubt it does!)

Ive a TT oval one if your interested in it?

Thanks for the replies, the interior mirror in our Fabia is grey and I believe the swop to black, is a common mod that is carried out.

I just wanted to make sure, I purchased one that fits the excisting mounting plate.

Is the TT one a direct fit and would it be possible to post up a picture and the dimensions? Thanx :)

Yes they are all the same.. and will all fit but not all are black.

In terms of black ALL 9n3 polos are black but ALL 9n polos are grey ;)

Not sure on ibizas but im sure the fr/ cupra ones are black..

TT one is a different shape (smaller oval instead of curved rectangle) they are black but not 100% if they are a straight fit for the fabia like the 9n/9n3 polo.. mk4 golf.. octavia.. leon.. ibiza etc are :)
