Welcome to Briskoda. I am pretty sure that Skoda's cruise control only works on cars which have electronic (drive by wire) throttles, and yours may have a cable throttle. Have a look at the documentation for the car or on the top left of the engine for the 3 letter engine code, for example AGU or AUM, and let us know what it is. If it has a cable throttle, there are aftermarket companies which can supply and fit cruise control.
