golf mk4 door cards

Featured Replies

Hi

I have an Elegance 4x4 with lovely "custard" colour cloth interior which isn't easy to keep clean. I've seen a cream leather mk4 golf gti interior for sale locally. I know the seats will fit but do the door cards interchange also? I doubt it!!

Any help will be greatly appreciated

Kev

Hi mate seats will drop in however the door cards will not fit the rear ones the arch is different and the bolts Fixings and shape don't line up on the fronts

Thanks Steven

I thought that would be the case.

Shame. Cream seats, custard door cards and black dash and carpets...not a good look!

I'll just look for a decent octavia interior instead.

Cheers.

i agree a mis matched interior isn't good Have you thought about a Vrs interior ?

Ugh, I can't wait to get rid of the white patches on my vRS doorcards, to match the rest of my black interior. Can't afford to have them reupholstered at the moment though.

Unless I can find some nice cheap matching S3 door cards, and do what Luca did (cut around the upholstered second and tiger seal them back into the Skoda door cards...)

mine weren't s3 cards dude, they were retrimmed octy centres in beige cards, so i undid all the plastic welds and grafted them into my octy door cards, was a right pain to do too, but so worth it with the s3 interior!

Hahahaha, I did wonder. So I'll stick with my upholstering plan then. I know a guy in the next town who owes a favour. Not enough of a favour that I can afford it currently though...

Looking for some Octavia Laurin & Klement black leather door cards to match the black Leon leather I`ve installed for mine, but they are like rocking horse doodoo to find it seems.

How much is it to get the white ones upholstered?
