I am after fitting cruise control on my Octy. Does anyone know if there is a kit avaliable.

There is a kit available in Germany but not yet in the UK. Part Number BEA 300 002

You'll need to get it switched on at the dealer or by someone with VAG-COM

How old is your car? I think it's probable that it's a model with a cable throttle, in which case I don't think cruise control can be retro-fitted. The kits mentioned in the previous post are for 1.8T engines, drive-by-wire variants only.

Seddy - To identify DBW rev the car and hit the brake pedal at the same time. The engine should return to idle.
