Coolent is fine , no oil water mix , The car did have way tooo much oil due to blocked sump .. all sorted but now have smoke from cam cover

Could this be from a blocked Pcv system front valve replaced i don't think i have a rear valve going from the part number of the front valve . compression seem fine 200ish. any1 got a complete brake down of the system ? ...
