Hi,

I'm seriously considering an octy 4x4 elegance and wondered how easy it would be to fit a replacement interior from a vrs or other vag vehicle. I have done a flick through and read some threads but was just a bit confused as the 4x4 seems to be a slightly different kettle of fish.

Also can heated seats be installed (working) and cruise control be retrofitted? Any ideas of costs if it can be?

but you don't want a vrs interior though - not unless you like grimey white or have a cleaning OCD

+ 1 on everything. Very easy, and you DON'T want vRS interior...

Heated seats could be a pain getting the loom in (and finding a loom in the first place), but other than that, all doable. All the other seat electrics are dead easy.

I went for some Bora Sport seats in mine. Very nice.

Do the Cupra rear seats still have the 3rd lap and diagonal belt, or just a lap belt?.

go for later model seats 51PLate on as they come with the lumbar adjustment. Bora sports in leather are nice

hi phil, am pretty sure the cupra r ones have just 2 proper belts, and a lap belt, think the cupra ones have a diagonal normal belt, so it depends if clive has cupra or cupra r.

my bad, the cupra r that i saw, had a bucket style bench with 2 seats, thats only got a lap belt in the middle, the standard r rear bench does have a diagonal belt so happy days!
