Indicator/hazard relay noise

Featured Replies

I've just discovered that the clicking noise of the indicator/hazard relay is in fact not a relay but is generated electronically - when driving with the hazards on and no seatbelt and the seatbelt warning chimes are played the clicking stops but the hazards keep flashing.

Correct, it will all be controlled by the CANBUS system and not a traditional relay (But tut tut for driving without seatbelt!) :giggle:

It was on a clients site at such a time when there was no other traffic but their H&S rules state hazards must be on - but yes I guess I was going to fast as the seatbelt warning came on
