I have bought a new Fabia Automatic in Tenerife and a great little car it is!

The garage says that it requires servicing after 30,000 kms or 2 years whichever is the soonest, surely not!!

is 1.2 or 1.4vRS?

it might be two years if you do really low mileage. Best is to service every year and you can ask the dealers to change your service to fixed as it looks like you are on variable servicing regime i.e. as and when needed depending on use and the car tells you when.
