You say the rear seat belt is missing? Do you need to have a lap belt? Also is that a rear ski hatch I spy?

There is no middle seat belt at all, whereas my Octavia has a full size 3 point belt in the middle.

The ski hatch is actually an arm rest (with inbuilt storage) - no direct access to the boot.

in reply to PM's the interior comprises of both the front seats, rear bench, rear back rest (60 / 40 split) and x4 head rests. No door cards I'm afraid.

Why not just go pick yourself up a lap belt for the middle?

That's what I did when I used some Bora Sport seats in mine...

2 questions, still for sale? and will they fit straight into my fabia? :) thankyou :)

I'd guess at yes they are still there

and say for sure no they won't fit straight in.

You'd have to take out your standard seats, strip them down to the base, do the same with the Golf seats, then attached the Golf foam/base to the Fabia mechanism and fit them in (guide here)

I'd have bought these and done it by now if a) they were closer and B) they were red centres rather than blue (although to be honest I'm still tempted)

Damn,, i dont think i can justify the work... they wouldve been perfect though! and they arent all that far from me either, plus if i did it then it would make the seats in mine less sellable.. ah well! :)

It's not actually that much work

A guy followed that guide and put Octavia seat in his Fabia in about an hour....

He did then get the rear bench retrimmed to match rather than fudging the Octavia bench to fit but even still

Hi - Yes the seats are still for sale.

No idea if they'd fit in a Fabia though, Sorry.

"PastyBoy" your link appears to be askew...

So it is. Try this thread instead

There is also a full set of standard non-vrs Fabia seats on ebay in a breakers in Sheffield for £40.

so assuming you were local and prepared to put these work in these lovely blue Golf seats could be in your Fabia for around £100!.

And still have complete VRS seats to sell and recoup the costs!

If only Sheffield was closer to me!

You and me both distance wise. 150 miles a day in standard seats is doing my back no favours!

the mk4 did have a lap belt, easy just undo the 19mm bolt holding down drivers side seat belt clip and put the lap belt under that, then just use the normal 2 passenger side clips. Id keep if i were you

Hi, the seats were collected today and are therefore no longer available for sale.

Best regards
