Hi guys! I'm a newbie to this forum and just recently bought a 2011 Skoda Fabia 1.2 TSI elegance.

Just a bit puzzled about a bottle in the engine bay. On a right-hand drive car, when looking into the engine, the bottle is deep down between the battery and the headlight. It has a green screw-on top but I can't see any way to check this bottle's level. Could somebody please advise me on what this bottle is for and how I can check the level?

I've been told that it's the power steering fluid bottle but I'm not sure.

I think it is power steering fluid, but I am sure somebody will confirm, I am amazed how you spotted it.

yes its the power steering fluid no need to check unless you have a leak. If so you would be covered under waranty
