gear linkage very wobbly

had a LOOK UNDERNEATH the pickup and the levers from the gear stick are held up with cable ties and a bit of thick rubber band and when i looked inside the gear stick cover ,it had been filled with old clothes to stop gear stick floating around,, once i removed them the gearstick was as loss as anything ,, but all the gears work fine,

the guy the sold it must be ****ing himself that he got away with it

my question is is it a easy job to repair and what kind of money for new bits?

what new bit would i be looking for ?

and does anyone on here sale them to members?
