Electrical issues/ Central control panel issues

Hey guys, i am from India and own a Skoda Octavia 2009. It is a 1.8l Petrol(160 bhp).

I am facing a very vague problem. When i switch on the parking lights along with the fog lamps, then the Electromechanical Power Steering Failure light comes on ( In Orange). This remains on the whole while. When i switch the main Head lamps on, the sign disappears. Also, when the parking lights are on, the light symbol fades but comes back to its normal brightness when the main lamps are switched on. We ran diagnostics on the car, but they couldn't find anything on it. Any one faced that issue before? Any ideas as to how to progress?
