Info about box under Driver Seat

Featured Replies

Hi,

I was exploring my "new" (old) octavia, and I found something strange.

A you can see in the following pictures, it looks like a box under the driver seat that is unpluged.

Do you know what is it?

This is a 2004 Octavia Mk2 2.0 103Kw.

It could be a seat out a mrk1 fabia as they had a cd multi changer under the pasanger seat so could be that. Other than that I dont know.

Isn't the bluetooth module mounted under the drivers seat?

My radio doen't have bluetooth.

It it is, how do I activate it?

it looks like the control box for memory and electric seats?

its definately not the bluetooth unit.

bt unit is floor mounted under the seat.

u can c (left side) in the picture where the brackets (that hold the bt unit) would go on the side of carpet wall.

this one is mounted to under the seat and has too many connectors.

Thank you very much for your replies.

Actually, I do not have heated seats and no buttons in the dashboard for it, but I have electric adjustment and memory seats.

As the connectors are not connected (too many males connectors), this could be the reason for memory seats not working?

Thanks

Regards,

TM
