Go easy on me, am new! Bought a 10 plate, Superb estate. On collecting it the garage realised that I could not connect my iPhone at ios 6. They have said it is a known issue wiht Skoda and they are awaiting a software update that I can have foc onces its done.

Have chased but the garage has gone quiet. They telling the truth or porkies?

Grrr...after 2 months and 2 days recently in the garage Skoda tell me what I told them you would had told me. You cannot connect an iPhone to my car.

They genuinely had 2 mechanics scratching their heads for 2 days trying to figure it out and I am there telling them to read the t'internet......

They accept no liability and I now have to go pay for the module that makes it work myself....

I am going to fit it tomorrow......

Decided to fit it this evening. Took all of about 7 minutes and integrates iPhone and Columbus perfectly!

Amassing how easy this is to replace .its just a shame you have to do this on a car as good as the superb to make the phone work.

You need this item number on eBay. Seller has 2 for sale at the moment - 170990633462. They ship from Portugal and cost £106 inc postage. Mine arrived within 5 days and fitted in less than 10 mins.

Only in Mono unless Harness is upgraded also.

Sorry not sure, all I know is that this works with my iPhone 5 and integrates really well. Shows carrier, signal strength and allows me to scroll through my phone book using the MF steering wheel. These modules cost a small fortune from a uk dealer.
