4x new tyre time.

Featured Replies

Just got up this morning, had a quick scan over my car and as I thought, there isnt much thread left. The rear's have just hit the wear marker and the fronts maybe have 1, possibly 2mm left on them which in total is nearly 15k of driving, since i'll be getting some at the end of June it gives me time to shop around for the best price.

Im looking for some Pirelli P-Zero Neros as I have heard nothing but good reviews and as mentioned before they are a seem to be a mix of grip and durability.

From mytyres.co.uk - P ZERO NERO 205/45 ZR16 83W

Ordered 4 of these about three weeks ago from mytires (which has had its ups and downs with delivery problems.. grrr  )

This did seem the best price though, but bear in mind you will have to pay the extra to get them fitted.

Getting them fitted soon. :D

edit: have got over 25k miles on my original michelin premacys (they have been rotated front to rear and there is still a good 2mm on the fronts available)

Why don't you try getting 215/40 R16? Aren't those available?

They are an odd size, so you will end up paying a premium for them... its not worth it :(

Alternatively get some octy 17"s for
