Castrol ATF TQ DIII is Ford/GM Automatic transmission fluid and has a viscosity index of 172. The CHF power steering has a viscosity index of 313, so it's not even close.

So its a good thing I had drain it out.

Tommorow I will call VW dealer and order real mineral fluid for PS.

Do I need to flush or not(and if answer is yes, how to do it)? Do I need to do something extra or will it be enough that I drained all fluid?

Ok people, I've read many topics, and apparently it need to be flushed.

I will somehow find a way to do it, but I will be very gratefull if someone of you can look at owners manual and see how many L need for completly flushing and changing? Tnx so much.
