Does anyone know if you can update the software for the bluetooth in the car?.

The phone is connected via BT audio for the sound I have an iphone5 and have a few glitches with it, I wondered if there was a way we can manually update the firmware of the cars bluetooth rather than book it in with the dealer?

There is a known issue with iOS6 and the iPhone when used for Bluetooth streaming. There are threads on a number of forums with people having issues. I suspect the fault is within the phone software rather than the car.

My iOS 6 iPhone works fine. Although I haven't the factory fit BT option. Just the 7p6 VW module wired in to my bolero.

Thanks for that it might be the OS rather than the car, all my other phones before tend to work fine all the time.
