Does the car actually come with bluetooth? to retro-fit it you need the bluetooth module / wiring loom in place before you can activate it.

Hardware is the module, controllers etc, software is the coding.

hi.as far as i know with the blackline it has the amundsen with built in bluetooth but not activated

I would be surprised if it is built into the head unit as they are not normally on VAG cars… but if it is then I can certainly activate it.

OK it looks like the head unit IS capable!… you do need to fit the microphone though.
