felicia rear seats

Featured Replies

hi all do the rear seats on the felicia lay flat when folded down if so how mine seem to stick up at an angle am i missing something cheers nigel.

Hi, IIRC the rear seats in my old Felly estate folded down with a slight up stand angle remaining which was a pain if I was trying to carry something sufficiently long that could have done with laying completely flat!

I used to regularly carry large loads in the felly and I'd just take the rear seats out completely. Only takes 2 mins and adds a fair bit of extra space.

^ Yes forgot to add removal is an option.

i just remove mine when needed

Removing them is a doddle and I can fit a 4ft6 mattress in if needed. Bloody handy. The fact that you have to feed all the belts through when you put them back in is annoying though. The Peugeot 307 (and many other cars I'm sure) had a clever way of doing it. Was really easy - only thing was the seats were bloody heavy,

cheers everyone for the replies i guess if i have anything big or long to move i will use the mitsubishi delica.

I don't know if you've realised but once you've folded the backs down, the whole seat then tips forward 90 degrees to tuck in behind the front seats giving you a flat floor and protection to the back of the front seats. You do have to pop out the head rest first, but that only takes a second.
