What's the best stuff I can do for power gains? Currently the car is a standard 1.8T VRS, and it's nice as it is, but more power is always better .

Shark performance stage one map,

Weitec coilovers and a Rear anti roll bar

+1 on the coils and rarb. however if you want the best mapping for a 20v go to r-tech in hinckley...the best by far!!!

2nd here for shark map.

Golf r32 front arb and neuspeed 28mm rear bar works very well.

A full service is what these engines love.

Got a Revo map. Worked well

Also get rear axle bushes and d-bone done with poly replacements. Stiffens it up a treat.

Rear arb probably my next bit.

Give me a shout for a shark remap in kent and I can advise on bushes and arb's too.
