Forge hose for intercooler

Featured Replies

Hi all . I found a guide how to fit in the intercooler but his hose looks different to mine . He has a metal plate for his MAP sensor to bolt on , mine looks like it pushes on and a jubliee clip to tighten it in . Is this right ?

Here is mine.

You can see that the Forge Hose is a flexible one that has a smaller hose and that is where the MAP sensor pushes into. The Forge kit should come with a small metal plate that the MAP sensor is screwed to and then that plugs into the small hose(not if you have a new FMIC the small hose is not as long as the one i have in pic below.

Also this is Forge own fitting instructions you can get from their website.
