First i would like to say sorry for my bad english and that i guess the solution is somewhere already on this forum but my bad english are making me not seeing it.

My problem

I didnt use my Skoda Octavia (I) SLXi,year 2000, for 2 month since i hade some problem to get it started since nothing happend when i pulled the key around. It didnt feel like it only was the battery since i couldnt hear that the startenging where trying at all.

When i took help from my other car and pushed (dragged?) my skoda it started.

I then took a long turn with the car to load the battery. But when i got back home and stopped the car it didnt work.

I then let that car be for 2 month without doing anything with it (i really am mad with me about that) and know i cant open the car with the carkey. The wireless dont work (guess its because the battery is dead) and something is wrong with the normal keylook since i cant get my key in the look more than say 4-5 mm. It feels like something is stuck 5 mm into the look and therefore i cant get the key in.

I can open the trunk and that i did. I got into my driverseat and thought i could open the door from inside by pulling the doorhandler from inside. It was a litte bit frosen outside so i asked my wife to pull from outside and me from inside. But then i felt something happen with the doorhandle inside. I had broken something in the door, but what? Can it be fixed?

You may laugh at all my bad decissions, its ok since i understand how stupied i was (not starting the car for more than 2 month....) :-)

So i have two problems as i can see it.

I cant open any door in the car, dont know why. I cant get into the door to fix the broken doorhandle inside without having the possibility to open the door.

I cant start the car and that my be becaus of bad battery, but maybe also startenginge or something else.

Is it worth trying to fix? And do anyone have solutions, can point me to good posts in the forum or searchwords. The car has gone 22 0000 km, have been a good car and it dont have any bigger problems as i can se more than what i told.

As i said, sorry for maybe posting something that has been discussed before, and also for my bad english.

Really hope someone cant point me to the right way to solutions for my car.
