Will Subaru alloys fit 05 VRS

Featured Replies

Avoid like the plague.

They will if the centre bore is 57.1mm. I think majority of Subaru wheels are 55mm unless they are run with spigot rings.

As above, you`ll need to get the bore made larger.

Won't be spigot rings you will need to machine the bore out to suit fabia hubs

As above they have the right stud pattern but the centre bore will be too small so needs machining out.

On a separate note I'd avoid those in the link as not only will they be a pain to make fit but they are also disgusting.

They look like aftermarket wheels so will prob just need spigot rings changing for vw ones, altho agree with above they are awful

believe scoobys are 56.1 centre and vw are 57.1 centres

They are FUGLY

yeah they'll need to be machined out 2mm or so. I read somewhere on this forum that some Subaru wheels were bigger than vw centre bore, think it was the oldschool scooby speed lines.

I'm bliinnnnddddd!

Not feeling those wheels I'm afraid. As mentioned you would need to machine the wheels to fit.

Have to say even if they did fit, there really not very nice?

Lol, nobody loving the scooby wheels, am looking for a new set of alloys and thought these were a bit different.

Wish I`d not clicked the link now lol

I was sat there reading thinking blissfully 'how bad can they be?'. Then I clicked the link. I concur with Matt!

:D exactly as I did!

nobody has mentioned that there 18"s too. .

disgusting wheels, wrong CB and too big.

You have offended my eyes :(

Last April, whilst rotating tyres front to back (winter to Summer) and after having swapped wheels on my Father's old Impreza, I wondered what his wheels would look like on mine.

It is a Standard Subaru 16 inch wheel, with a larger 205/55 Goodyear Ultragrip 8 winter tyre on. For summer he uses 15" Gold Speedlines with 205/55 15 tyres. It should be 205/50 profile, but he likes the bigger ground clearence 205/55 16's give.

Unfortunately the Subaru ones won't fit. The main problem is the centre hole is about 1 mm too small so won't go onto the Skoda Hub. It has the same 5 x 100 mm PCD but the wheel nuts are bigger, (uses a 19 mm socket and ours are 17).

As you can see the pic I too, my car was on a jack, with the Skoda wheel off and the Subaru wheel was lent against it (the crate and torque wrench holding it up).
