Bit of a boring subject as I know there are may posts on here about the powerflex dogbone bush (Sorry)

Just wanted to share.

Spoke to Awesome before the new year about this bush and they got me one sent in the post for £25.

Money well spent! Fitted the bush today and as I have read many topics on here I did expect a lot more vibrations in the cabin. This is not the case. I can notice a difference with the noise and vibes but on a scale of 1-10 (1 being standard oem bush) I'd rate the extra noise and vibes at 2!

As for the performance of the bush it has not made the car any faster (They're not that good!) What a difference it has made!!!

Much smoother through the gears, especially when shifting down. Approaching a set of lights to come to a stop I am guilty of dropping into 1st gear before a complete stop and with the old tired OEM bush this often resulted in a snatch in the box. This has now stopped completely.

Well worth the money! For anybody considering any Powerflex bush I would highly recommend the product. I have changed every bush on the car now for Powerflex and its like a Go Kart. Fabulous!

Drove my friends standard Fabia vRS today compared to mine its much more wallowy and unresponsive with the standard bushes.

Do it!

How hard are these to fit? and what sort of labour times do 'knowledgable' garages take/charge?

You could do it yourself in an hour which includes putting the car on axle stands etc. the hardest part was removing the old bush but it was also fun since I mauled it with a dremel
