Hi all, just heads up, but we have just been in our local Lidl (Reading Oxford Rd), and they have the screen wash in stock, this was not advertised on the website or emails......

£6 for 5l and good to minus 60. loads of discussion on here about..........i've never used it, but am going on others recommendation.

Only £3 for 5L of concentrate at Wickes, probably not good for minus 60 but Sheff not as cold as Reading obviously!

I was not impressed and will never use it again, but maybe I just got a jug from a bad batch.

Foams too much my lights look as if they have white eyeliner on them after cleaning them with the washers.

we don't have the washers on the light's, so should be ok on that front.

Just filled up at the weekend with VAG screen wash, so will have to wait to try it.

I don't have any trouble with the Lidl screen wash on my headlight washers.

Having said that, I do tend to use a weak mix of 1 part wash to 4-5 parts water.

I have h/l washers. I use Lidl Screenwash Concentrate. 100% - undiluted. No dilution faffing, just fill. It works very well for me. Especially impressed driving on Autobahn. -10C, no freezing only cleaning. Perhaps calibrated for German muck? Noticed in stock last week - £5.99.
