just bought a 2006 skoda octavia vrs 2.0t fsi, was looking at REVO mapping -if i put a full system on with sports cat and a panel filter would this allow for stage 2? Would it run safely?

That will run fine. The minimum requirement for stage 2 is either an uprated 200 cell downpipe or decat. You have the full system so thats fine. Wouldnt waste the money on a panel filter though, just keep the air intake stock until you can buy a proper induction kit.
