Hi Folks I'm new here and have just ordered a Yeti 1.4 TSi SE Plus. I'm vey much looking forward to getting it and hope it may be delivered in April. I don't need diesel so that's why I specified petrol. I understand the car is fitted with both a supercharger and a turbo so my fingers are crossed that these complexities prove reliable.

I chose the Yeti as an interesting change from my ageing BMW 3 series Touring - I'll also apprecaite it's internal capacity for carrying bikes and fishing kit.

Just be wary that build weeks tend to move around constantly.

No supercharger on the 1.4 122bhp only the 160/180 bhp

As said, the only twin charged 1.4 is in the Fabia VRS, the Yeti has a turbo only.

Still a good car though. Really like my Yeti.

Good luck with it. Great car, nice engine and spec choice. :-) As has been said, turbo only which means you avoid the twin charged unit (a good idea IMO). Enjoy.

I'll order the internal bike holder and the rigid boot liner - not to be used together of course. The liner will look after wet fishing gear. :-)
