That should work fine. Obviously you'll need the loom & VCDS to turn the cruise on too

The full kit is cheaper from Skoda.

I don't think so somehow.

You bet the tdi does not need the extra loom and wiring in.

It was fun.........

As fun as a punch in the face haha. Tdi has four pins in one plug and a couple in fuse box at fuse 5.

Then pull the clutch switch and apparently normally on tdi cars they are on already, but if not vagcom and done.

Much easier than that pussy fart of a 1.8t

I was referring to the £69 link above. However the last kit I bought from Skoda (only need one stalk) was £58 inc VAT.

Less demand now I guess..

i had a look after you posted your link, cheers! seems to be the cheaper way of getting it, i want the newer stalk with the rocker switch so just keeping an eye out, as thats what i had on my last car. You wont regret it, seriously makes the car so much more ueseable on long drives, might even squeeze a few extra miles out of your car (if thats possible) lol, saw your post about how many miles you can get...my last fabia vrs did nothing like that!!

Ill always beat the cruise control for mpg as i know the car and i have an ace up my sleeve the car doesnt and thats reading road ahead, gather speed downhill and back off uphill. Its just gonna be nice to be able to drive the 560 miles to torquay and not have a seized right ankle when i arrive there or home.

all excited now, for me this will be as momentous as the day i got my coilies
