Hi guys, can anyone confirm that it's ok to adjust an H&R adjustable rear anti roll bar when it's 'loaded' and in place on the vehicle? I simple want to see what it's like on its firmest setting but wasn't 100% sure it can be done after its fitted as I've never previously changed them after initial installation? Thanks in advance.

I wouldn't recommend it mate.

roll bar is only under load if there is twist in the rear beam - easiest way to ensure no twist is jack up the back end at both sides
