One of the switches on mine has fallen to bits but looking on ebay these come as a complete unit with 2 window switches and the central locking switch. Anyone got one kicking around and if so what do you want for it? Cheers.

I've got one, not 100% sure about it's serviceability though. Can check later this afternoon.

just tested it, central locking/ unlocking works fine, passenger side window switch works too. Only prob is the one touch function on the drivers side switch is iffy. Works if you hold it up or down though. It has the trim attached but I can remove that and just send the switch cluster if you like? Make me an offer.

It's the whole cluster btw.

Oh dear. Sorry mate, if I'm gonna replace mine I might as well replace it with one that works perfect. Only thing wrong with mine is the passenger window switch wontgo up (but works from the passenger side switch). Thanks for the reply though and taking the time to test it.

These are approx £32 new from main dealer - at least it will be working and guarenteed

While I have the attention of the switch and electrical boffins here, any clues on my central locking issues? Rear drivers doo seems to not like opening or closing with the keyfob and wont open by using either handle either but if I repeatedly pull the inner handle whilst pressing the button on the fob repeatedly too, at some point I hear the central locking mechanism in that door release and the door with then open. It wont always lock with the fob either but pressing the button down locks it ok.

Am I looking at a mechanism fault or a locking motor fault? Also how easy is it to replace as I notice removal of the door panel reveals a bolted and bonded on metal cover.

yeah, no worries. I did the same, kept the old unit as a spare thinking it might come in handy for someone. Saves me uploading the pics to Photobucket I suppose

I got one off a golf. And switched the circuit board over with the green leds.

I dont know the part number but when I called the dealer and described it they just picked one off the shelf - 5 minute job to change
