if you've never seen one they are a little gizmo that clips on the seat belt and basically lock it tight across you they are primarily used for track days but can be used on road for spirited driving!

This has been used on one track day and ten left in my car, it doesn't have packaging or instructions but I can take picture if anyone wants to see how it fits (very simple)
