What does it say in your service book for the second / 20,000 mile service?

I'd have expected a major service including the air and fuel filter after each minor service.

How much were you quoted when you booked it in? This should have given you a good idea of what they were planning to do.

the service was free a good will jester for a problem i had with a main dealer that skoda resolved.thats the problem i think its difficult to resolve when you haven't paid for something in the book its not very clear what you should be having done.i think i will just replace the two items myself

I think air filter is every four years and brake fluid is after first three years then every two after that. Not sure on fuel filter?
