New Badges For Fabia/Roomster

Featured Replies

Skoda showed pics recently of the current Fabia and Roomsters having the new badges so I asked Skoda UK on Twitter if they had part numbers. They said they won't fit because "they’re slightly different sizes from the current badges." Is this true? Surely they'd fit into the existing places as they do now. Skoda wouldn't redesign the boot or front grill for this? Only asking because I noticed when cleaning my wheels last week that my centre caps are starting to get water behind them so wouldn't mind changing them.

Various threads about this. Wheel centres no problem,I've got them.

Front badge, again a direct fit.Rear badge, slightly too big,but can fit with silicone/no nails or similar.

If they are going to produce badges for the current fabia/roomster i don't think they are going to alter the pressing tool for the rear badge recess to make it bigger. I think it would be easier and cheaper to make a plastic injection mould.

Im under the impression the 2013 version have slightly different bootlids so the new badges wont fit.

shall wait a few more weeks and find out :)
