Is it me or are there really a lot of holes in the diesel data?

hello all friends

need help, i own 2013 1.4tsi rapid when the engine reached the working temp the engine begin to rattle and vibrate and make some

noise , two month ago the skoda dealer replaced the engine in my car in worrenty time , said the fual was not clean its true?

now the problem returned can any one know what should i do becuse the garage said that "this is how it should to be" , any one familiare with this kind of problem? any ideas? please inform me ASAP becuse i do not know what to do :(
