If you're after a luxury motor I'd have to say go audio. BMW and mercs really are overpriced and over rated. Every car has its faults and niggles and I bet you'll find the 1 series is as bad as the Fabia for possible faults. Like I said before if you want it for it but if you're not 100% I think you'll regret it

I think you need to consider which would be easier to sell aswell! Alot of people are opting for smaller cars now adays with lower service cost etc.
