Getting rid of my skoda.... For another one

Featured Replies

Decided that after a year an a half ownership of my beloved MKII fabia vRS that it was time to trade it in and find something more econominal. Its been an amzing car for me (apart from using 10 litres of in 10000 miles! ) So as i took the car to the dealership for them to find out whats wrong with it they gave me a 75 elegance asg citigo to have while they had my fabia. It didnt have any of the extras but i was really impressed with the little car! The asg was knowhere near on par with the dsg i have in the fabia but i was more than happy with the car an how it drove so when i took it back to the dealership to find out the damage of the fabia i put an order on one there an then! Only bad news is that theres a 3 month wait on the citigos (well so my dealer told me) look forward to putting some pics up of it when i get it an being part of the citigo comunity on here :hi:

Good for you, Frank!

I'll be interested if there's a 12 week wait on Citigos now.

I waited 19 weeks for mine from June order last year...

My wife ordered a 5-door Elegance 60ps in early November and it has now been built and is in transit from the factory to the docks at Emden. Assuming it arrives here in about a couple of weeks from now, that will have been around 14 weeks from order to pick-up (we were told 12 when she ordered, but of course there will have been a factory shut-down over Christmas/New Year in between).

so its looking like its going to be a bit longer then 3 months then! not to worry though as my dealer has to still got to give me the smae for my car even if it takes 6 months lol  just looking forward to getting it an have already purchased the pid case for it an looking at getting some other little things like the arm rest as i do alot of motorway miles an having cruise control maybe it might be worth it? also do you get mats with the car as ive seen them on the webiste for around £30.

We ordered a 75ps Elegance on the 10th December with a build week 5 and an estimated deliver to the dealer the week before 1st March. so that is around 9 -10 weeks for delivery?
