So my 54 reg Fabia VRS has been blowing what I would describe like warm air for a while now. Changed the thermostat, no difference.

The garage has flushed the system today and its slightly improved. They suggest the water pump has some broken paddles and not pushing water around fully. My main worry is the radiator is not warm after a long drive. Engine running at normal temp.

Heater matrix is hot on both inlet and outlet pipes

Really stuck as to what is the problem.

Suggestions. ????

Well the water pump would make sense, it is replaced along with the cam belt. Is yours quite old?
