Yeah. Was off my vrs, guy I got it off had it on his tdi and felt it was too harsh

Whats minimal to one person is different to others though, I'm only commenting on why the previous guy sold it, might depend on what engine fitted I'm sure his was a 110 maybe the pd's smoother?

Well in my case everything rattled the steering wheel was a blur, and the mirrors were useless at idle

You maybe over tightened the rear mount... It has a low rating.. Something like 15NM + 1/4 turn

Ah might have to look into that.

Would worn out engine mounts make the vibes worse. As I am having new mounts fitted.
