Can any one advise please, also on piper site it say a sports cat will not pass mot under legislation change is miltek ok?

Are you sure you haven't misread the information.

NOTE: the sports cat will still pass an MOT, but a de-cat is not road legal and is for show/display purposes only and will not pass an MOT.

I thought de-catting was fine on a diesel as emissions are not tested, only smoke. However I'm sure I've read somewhere, that all exhaust components have to be in place to pass an MOT, ie if fitted with a cat by manufacture, there has to be one to pass the MOT.

Its more than legal and a half decent exhaust place should be able to mate them!

The miltek will be a bigger bore 2.5" and the piper will be 2.25"
