Dog guard...

Featured Replies

Just bought a genuine Skoda one but sadly it does'nt fit...

Part number is 861-SKA-002 DW

Anyone able to tell me what it should fit so I can sell on?

Estate maybe??

Estate and hatch do have different dog guards. It should have 2 pieces of metal which attach to the rear upright seat securing points, which are threaded at the top end and hold the guard in place.

Bit of a crappy image (found on ebay), but this is a proper Skoda Octy mk1 estate dog guard:

This is the one piece guard and simply sits behind the rear seat, uses the seat locking clips to secure it in place

Guessing they must have made 2 as I searched the part number on the net and found it on an old Skoda website

the one piece one is for the mk1 hatch back i have one of each in both cars

I have a VAG Mk1 Octy Estate guard and it doesnt look like that! I thought those ones were Mk2. Mind you, mine looks a lot smaller! (I mean the dog guard, not my penis before anyone comments!)
