Featured Replies

I'm sure it's the 130PD engine in it. Unless the 100PD has a 6 speed box? Or the picture shown is incorrect. Or maybe I'm just plain thick!

The pic only shows a 5 speed gear lever.

-new leather interior

-new 16" wheels

-black magic pearl paint

-sporty fenders

-extra tinted back windows

-auto air con

-Radio symphony cd

it has 4 power windows, esp and side airbags.

Those rims on the Fabia look like the 206RC rims.

Hang on, One of my Felicias Had a 100 Years logo on the wings, Im pretty sure it did.

I cant believe this.

They release a vRS lookalike with more kit on and a leather interior :(

So much for the vRS being the top of the range...

Does that mean it'll also have the vRS suspension setup and rear bumper aswell?

Also whats the point in it having ESP? If the vRS doesnt need it, why would a PD100 engine? and yes it does look like a 5 speed box, not 6.

1996 was the 100 years, if this is to be for 05 / 06 then it is 110 years.

Why couldnt the Furby vRS have had the leather seats ????? :(

the vRS isn't top of the range is it? it isn't in the octavia

its a kind of side step model like vauxhalls sxi/sri, doesn't fit in properly with the range.

the vRS isn't top of the range is it?

No. It's the Elegance 2.0 :)

Skoda is 110 years old this year, but they have been producing cars for 100 years now

The fabia & octavia centineray will not be available in the UK. Also the first 100 years (as on the Felica) was celebrating 100 years of Skoda being a business, this 100 years is celebrating 100 years of vehicle manufacture.

I have been told that all three will be released in the uk.

this 100 years is celebrating 100 years of vehicle manufacture.

100 yrs of Car manufacture as they started out making pedal bikes and then motorbikes (and were pioneers (if not inventors) of the modern motorcycle), which basic designs are still used today.

Who told you that?

... and then there was the Jagdpanzer 38(t) Hetzer in 1944. That would blow away any of your VRSs!

I heard that skoda started off by making ship engines that were, according to an uncle of mine, bloody excellent.

Skoda the engineering firm is much older than Skoda the car company, so that may be the case, but the car company was only called Skoda after the merger between Laurin & Klement and Skoda in the 1920's.

Although Skoda did build a car under licence called the Hispano Suiza a few years before the merger it was not a mass operation.
