Condition/History

The Camera is in great condition, i have owned it from new (September 2007) there are some small scuffs on the top lcd where the strap fastenings have rubbed against it in the bag, other than that there is not much to see, it's been well taken care of and is in great condition. I now have a 7d and although i'd like to keep the 40d as back-up, i could do with the money to put towards more glass.

Looks in good nick that. Good luck with the sale, If I'd not brought one a few years ago I'd be tempted. To help you out, the 40d is or was, when the 50d and 60d launched regarded as a better image quality.

I love mine, solid and take a bit of outside weather too.

Cheers Colin, yes it's been a great camera, i would keep it if i could. Two bodies is the way to go.... It's handy to have the 24-70 on one and 70-200 on the other.... but, i will need to sell it to help fund the 300mm. I'm not in a rush though so i'm not going to put it at a silly price, i'd rather it stayed in my bag and i'll find the money somewhere else for the lens. As it goes i wouldn't be selling it at all but my amazing fiancee bought me a 7d for christmas, if it wasn't for that i'd be sticking with it for a while longer yet!
