Ok was wondering if anyone else suffers the same as me.

Drivers side headlamp keeps falling of the height adjustment. Becoming a pain in the arse. Can be fine for a few weeks then it'll just fall off.

Need to take the bumper off and headlamp to get a good understanding on how it works but was just wondering if anyone else has suffered the same.

Are you saying that the height adjustment motor keeps coming off the little bracket? Or that the ball joint that comes off the motor and clips in place works itself loose?

You don't need to remove the bumper to remove headlights. They can be rotated out.

You have two screws at the top of the headlamp. One above the indicator is fit left and right, one above main light is for up and down. It's the up and down one that keeps disconnecting from the inside housing.
